Our liability for our bill is not waived, and we agree to be held personally accountable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay any part or full amount of Hotel Aavudai Grand charges.
All room nights are subject to service charges.
Hotel Aavudai Grand reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if a guest leaves earlier than the original departure date.
Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or allowed access to the hotel room by hotel management if keycards are misplaced or lost.
Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is always properly secure. Hotel Aavudai Grand management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In-room safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
Registered guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of the Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.
Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on the Hotel/premises will incur a fine per occurrence, with the exception of smoking in designated smoking areas.
Unless indicated otherwise, I agree to be sent the Hotel Aavudai Grand email newsletter and other exclusive discount offers.
Terms & Conditions – Sree Mani Mahal Wedding Hall
The user shall collect receipt for the full amount paid for the booking and the balance security deposit before 15 days before the function. The amount will not be refunded or transferred. Service tax, as applicable, shall be paid by the client.
Ensure a single point of contact with management to prevent miscommunication and ensure the function goes through seamlessly.
Electricity, Gas, and Housekeeping charges shall be paid by the user.
In case of any accidental failure of electricity, air conditioning, generator, or technical difficulty, it shall be repaired as soon as possible.
To maintain constant temperature and the A/c. unit to work in its maximum efficiency will require one hour time.
No one will be allowed to stay in our hall in the night time. Smoking, Alcohol, Paan, Plastic materials and banned items by Govt is strictly prohibited in our premises.
Articles belonging to the Ganga Grandeur shall not be taken out of the premises. Any damages/theft caused to the Mandapam property will be charged (Pillow, Bedspread, Cot, Chair, Glass, Bathroom fittings, Dining vessels, Light etc.)
The applicant neither shall nor put up any Political Banners, Sign Boards, Posters and Flags etc. within the premises is strictly prohibited, in the campus while conducting the function. If placed outside also the party must remove it immediately after the function.
